Unfortunately they were out of the one flavor that I usually get with the juice I get so I had to try another kind. But the service was amazing. He was excellent!!!!! I will definitely be returning!

The staff is always remarkably friendly at every location, super chill, however I'm hesitant to come back to this specific store. Location aside, staff always seem eager to help, but are distracted by either T.V. or something else. Look, I get it, and it doesn't bother me as I live vicariously through these folks for that reason, but the last two times I've been there I've asked for a strong serving menthol in my order of liquid, And following that I've had to take it to the location on Tanque Verde to get it fixed while I'm at work because they just forget to put any in, which takes away from what time I do have. And I would circle around however, I don't notice until later that night or the next day. They're always apologetic, and the gentleman at the Tanque Verde Store is always just as helpful, and is super upbeat. If I stay with Vape Zone I'll just be going to him. I love Vape Zone for the chill atmosphere, but the grant store staff always seem to miss In this one area.

I have been coming to this place for awhile and Jillian has been helping me and my boyfriend. She is great always is a pleasure being around. I also was greeted by the owner Glorya and she is so sweet and alive. I highly recommend this place over any other vape shops around the Eastside if I can give you guys 10 stars I would. They also have military discounts and so many flavors to try. If you are a menthol person like me try the Ice Queen you will love it. And thanks for always being open when you are supposed to be.

We are new in town, travel nursing. I looked up several vape shops in the area. This one had good reviews so I decided to check it out. The gal was super nice (didn't catch her name.) I asked for a specific juice to be made that she has never heard of. I had looked up the ingredients online, It's called 555. She did a great job mixing it and it's almost exactly what I was looking for. Was highly impressed being as she had never heard of it nor made it before. I certainly will be returning. Even told my brother and sister in-law about this shop who live 5 hours away. They have also been looking for 555. They are planning on coming down to get some made too! I feel like they try to get me out the door so fast, multiple times I've gone in and asked for something and walked out with the wrong item. Most recently I asked for a salt nic juice. I did not get that and now my coil is burnt way faster than usual. I want to be able to trust the person selling to me.

I got helped by Zaine. He was great and guided me through the whole process. I had a very specific request for e-liquid but wasn't really able to articulate it and yet he helped make exactly what I was looking for and even wrote down what it was so I can order it again next time. Will definitely be coming back soon.

I’ve been loyal to The Vape Zone for years now. Love the staff! They know when I call, they know what I like, even when I say “Surprise me!” I’m not disappointed. Professional, polite, courteous, easy going, not enough words to describe. Owner is super awesome! Love his story and business model. Rewards program is the best! Juice is better in my opinion than any other in town, I’ve gotten all my mods here and equipment as they are high quality! Thank you guys for being so awesome.
