We are new in town, travel nursing. I looked up several vape shops in the area. This one had good reviews so I decided to check it out. The gal was super nice (didn't catch her name.) I asked for a specific juice to be made that she has never heard of. I had looked up the ingredients online, It's called 555. She did a great job mixing it and it's almost exactly what I was looking for. Was highly impressed being as she had never heard of it nor made it before. I certainly will be returning. Even told my brother and sister in-law about this shop who live 5 hours away. They have also been looking for 555. They are planning on coming down to get some made too! Went in today with some broken glass I needed replaced. The girl working went above and beyond to try to help me. She looked and looked and even though they didn't have what I was looking for, she still helped me remove the glass and get it cleaned up. I've only been here once before but will definitely be back. Excellent customer service.

I have been a regular at the Tanque Verde location and have been very happy until recently. Changes in management and staffing have left me not receiving consistent flavor or quality of service and concerned with nicotine levels with employees seemingly lack of confidence. I order the same thing week after week with specific flavor measurements. Recently the syringes and/or rinse water are transferring other flavors into my juice that I'm not a fan of and leave me not even tasting my flavors. This has happened at both the Tanque Verde and Grant stores. I'll be going to the 22nd & Harrison store now. I hate how Ill be coming across when asking to make sure syringes are rinsed properly, but until I am able to get back to making my own again, this seems to be the best option.

I’ve been loyal to The Vape Zone for years now. Love the staff! They know when I call, they know what I like, even when I say “Surprise me!” I’m not disappointed. Professional, polite, courteous, easy going, not enough words to describe. Owner is super awesome! Love his story and business model. Rewards program is the best! Juice is better in my opinion than any other in town, I’ve gotten all my mods here and equipment as they are high quality! Thank you guys for being so awesome.
